Request delivery on the merchant’s website by selecting the counter-delivery option with Intelcom
You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for pickup. The exact location and a unique barcode will be included in this email.
When you arrive at the store, show the barcode to the cashier.
Once the code is scanned, your package will be handed to you.

You have 5 days from the moment the package is delivered to the store.
If you don’t pick up the package within 5 days of its arrival, it will be returned to the merchant and you will be refunded in accordance with their policy.
