The ideal IDC profile is an experienced delivery contractor that has 8+ delivery vehicles (usually vans with a 200+ cubic-foot capacity), and a skilled, professional workforce.

You must upload relevant documents such as proof of incorporation and compliance with all applicable government obligations that apply in your serving territory. Once approved, the contract is signed, and you are invited to complete online training. Ensuring demand

“We are drawn to IDCs who already have an established business that is diversified and profitable,” says Chantal. “We are experts at forecasting the demand for our services and we recruit a new IDC because we know we have the work in the pipeline to sustain them through the normal business cycle.”

IDCs are compensated on a per-parcel-delivered basis and the fee for each delivery reflects the geography that must be covered, the weight of the package, among other factors.
