The driver was unable to access the property

If the property was obstructed or the driver couldn't reach their destination for any reason at the scheduled pickup time, you'll need to reschedule your return.

To do this, please follow the instructions in the email you received notifying you of the failed pickup attempt or use our return pickup form.

You can also add pickup instructions for the driver to ensure your package is returned without a hitch. Some examples include a security code, call box code, or directions.
