My package was delivered to the wrong address.
If your package wasn’t delivered to you in person, you should have received a delivery photo by email if the merchant has provided us with your email address. If you don’t recognize the location of the package in the photo and you haven’t been able to retrieve it, please call us at (514) 807-6086 or 1-833-640-2301 to help make this right!
