If the driver was unable to attempt a pickup due to an unforeseen issue on our part, your return pickup will be rescheduled automatically.
To see the revised pickup date/time, please check the email you received notifying you of the failed pickup attempt or use our tracking page to monitor the latest updates on your return.
If the new appointment time doesn't work for you, no problem—the email we sent includes instructions on how to reschedule your return using our return pickup form.
You can also add pickup instructions for the driver to ensure your package is returned without a hitch. Some examples include a security code, call box code, or directions.
