What are Intelcom's counter return drop-off restrictions?
Make sure your package respects these dimensions:
- Length/Width <=14 inches
- Height <=8 inches
- Weight <=10 pounds
We do not accept the following returns/items :
- Flammable items
- Harmful items: Weapons, toxic household products
- Explosive items
- Unsealed liquids
