No one was available to sign or answer the door
If no one was available to give the package to the driver or answer the door at the scheduled pickup time, you'll need to reschedule your return.
To do this, please follow the instructions in the email you received notifying you of the failed pickup attempt or use our return pickup form.
You can also add pickup instructions for the driver to ensure your package is returned without a hitch. Some examples include a security code, call box code, or directions.
Monitor the latest updates on your package's estimated pickup time on our tracking page to ensure someone is available at the time of the pickup.
