With the annual e-commerce peak season around the corner, logistics technology company Intelcom is beginning operations today at a high-volume sorting hub that can sort and send out over 500,000 packages per day for last-mile delivery.
The opening of our new Mississauga sorting center marks an important step for Intelcom. This investment allows us to deliver more than 500,000 parcels per day thanks to two automated conveyors that can sort 12,000 and 9,000 parcels per hour respectively.
November 8th 2021 marked out 100 millionth delivery for the year! Such a milestone is only possible thanks to the dedication and hard work of our teams across Canada. Francois Poliquin, President of Intelcom, hand-delivered the package in question to celebrate this day.
